Airport Transfers
You are entitled to complimentary SHARED airport transfers only if your transfer is booked 48 hours prior to your arrival date. This shared transfer service is available exclusively to guests booking three nights or more through the Princess Hotels & Resorts website and arriving at Sangster International Airport (MBJ). With these transfers, you may be waiting an additional 45 minutes (after spending time in Immigration, Baggage and Customs), while flights clear and buses load and fill. These shared buses may also make other hotel stops on the way.
Complimentary transfer bookings are not completed until all steps are finalized and you receive a
'Thank You for Confirming' message.
If a price is displayed, this indicates that the complimentary transfer offer is no longer available because it does not meet the terms and conditions required for eligibility.
- Promotion valid for bookings made until 31/08/2025.
- Promotion valid for stays until 22/12/2026 (except if your stay is on one of the following nights: from August 11th to 19th and from December 3rd to 6th).
- Minimum stay 3 nights.
- Offer valid for all our Princess Hotels in Jamaica booked through princess-hotels.com.
- The transfer service includes a round trip from MBJ airport to the hotel.
- Airport transfer service on a shared basis.
- Guests are fully responsible for providing their assigned flight itineraries 72 hours prior to arrival.
- Same day requests will not be accepted, and the promotion is subject to change without notice.
- Promotion is not redeemable for cash or transferable to other guests.
